Access:This is a working innovation centre, with tenant businesses on site using the facilities. The space and facilities available to filming will depend on the business needs of tenants in place at the time. Access is restricted at the rear. Unfortunately, the gate that leads from the east car park to the rear of the hangar is not wide enough to fit a van through (we’ve tried). So getting things into the hangar is more difficult than it seems.
Noise:Close to the Leonardo helicopter manufacturing facility, with associated noise.
Parking:Parking for up to 40 cars (depending on the needs of tenants). Three EV charging points.
Parking details:On site parking is not open to the public and access can be controlled.
