Purpose of the Processing The personal data you provide is used to enable the council to process your enquiry in respect of the repair, removal or installation of council owned physical assets in the district (such as streetlights, Dog & Litter Bins, play areas, public benches, bus shelters etc.)

  • Address
  • Email Address
  • Telephone Number
Other information collected, as part of potential enforcement actions (should the need arise) can include:
  • Photographs and Images
  • Car number plates
  • Physical evidence
