Purpose of the processing

The personal data you provide is used to process complaints and service requests to determine if the matter is an actionable nuisance.

  • Date of birth

Special categories of personal data being processed (if appropriate) – Health/medical information

  • Police and other emergency services
  • Local, county and unitary authorities
  • Other regulatory environmental departments
  • Housing Associations and Landlords
  • Public Health England and Health Practitioners
  • Legal advisors and representatives
  • Utility companies and contractors
  • Environment Agency

How long will the data be kept for

6 years from last action. In certain circumstances this period may be extended for enforcement cases and other regulatory needs in accordance with our information assets register. Where the period is extended, data will be reviewed annually to determine whether personal data can be removed.
