This includes sharing some of your personal data, using videos and photographic evidence provided by the owner/tenant with other agencies and third party contractors and recording your data on the council secure system.

  • Other household information including, gender, age, relationships
  • Video and photographic evidence

Special Categories of Personal Data being Processed (if appropriate): Ethnic origin (including Nationality) and health (mental or physical)

Legal Basis for Processing Special Categories of Personal Data: Public interest in the area of Public Health and substantial public interest

  • Home improvement agencies (and their sub-contractors)
