Purpose of the Processing Personal data is processed covering the investigation of accidents in work places and subsequent enforcement of the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 2013 (RIDDOR 2013) and the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974, as well as any regulations under the Act.
