Purpose of the processing

The personal data you provide is used to coordinate groups, facilitate events, meetings and sessions and signposting to partner organisations as part of supporting Somerset Health and Wellbeing Strategy and the Mendip Health and Wellbeing Board. This includes Mendip Dementia Action Group and Somerset Convergence.
