Services covered by this privacy notice – Housing Enforcement

Purpose of the processing: The personal data you provide is used to enable the council to process your house condition and public health complaints and undertake informal and formal enforcement, including using videos and photographic evidence provided by the owner/tenant. This includes sharing some of your personal data with other agencies and recording your data on the council secure system. The data is used for investigating breaches of legislation across all tenures of property.
