What is in this data
The file contains an entry for each deed packet for the land and properties which we own or lease, including those which we have leased to third parties. The file does not include our council houses. We have not been able to separate out some of the communal land associated with council houses, and therefore these are also not listed in the file. We are working to improve this.
What does each column mean
For each asset:
- OrganisationLabel – Sedgemoor District Council
- AssetCode – our unique reference for this asset

- TenureType

- Disposed of

This dataset is a requirement of the Local Government Transparency Code 2015.
How often is it published
We will publish this data annually.

CSV– which can be used with most spreadsheet style programs.
