Purpose for processing: Data is collected for the administration of placing a paid advertisement on Somerset Council managed roundabouts.

Categories of personal data: Full name of person placing the advert and business data necessary for the administration of such (for example, payment details, business address).

Legal basis for processing: Article 6(1)() – processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party.

Data sharing: The advertisement will be placed on public roundabouts but further data supplied, for the purposes of administration only, will not be shared.

Data storage: The data collected for the administration of the advertisement will be retained for a period of 6 years, and it will not be transferred outside of the UK/EEA.
