Purpose of the Processing Personal data is processed by the Council under a statutory duty covering the identification, maintenance, monitoring, research and enforcement of Private Water Supplies under the Private Water Supplies (England) Regulations 2016 (as amended). This may include advisory information by text or email relating to a private water supply.
