What will I be doing?

The Pay and Reward Programme is a major transformation project, reshaping how we reward and recognise our workforce. This role is an opportunity to step into a major programme, already in train, helping to shape the future of the organisation while accelerating your own professional growth.

We are looking for an exceptional Project and Change Manager who thrives in complex environments, enjoys working with senior stakeholders, is prepared to be hands on and is passionate about delivering meaningful organisational change.

This programme is fast paced, high-profile, and varied, ideal for someone looking to build a powerful career portfolio. Your day-to-day work will involve:

  • Support the Programme with a hands-on project management approach, with the end-to-end delivery of complex workstreams, managing all project documentation, reporting, governance processes, and contract management with external partner.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships across all programme stakeholders, Services, Senior leaders, Trade Unions, External Partners, and a multi-disciplinary project team.
  • Provide high quality risk management, budget monitoring, resource planning and ensure best practice in project management is championed throughout the programme.

What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?

  • Strong project and change management expertise in complex environments
  • Experience working with multi-faceted teams and senior stakeholders
  • Confidence leading transformation, managing risks, and navigating ambiguity
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels
  • A proactive, flexible and relationship driven approach
  • A recognised project management qualification (or equivalent experience/CPD)
