What will I be doing?
We’re working to improve the lives of people in Somerset – and you’ll be a key part of that. Your day-to-day work will involve:
- Working closing with colleagues to oversee the operational work of your specific service area.
- Having a clear and unwavering focus on the quality of social work practice and achieving the best outcomes for vulnerable children in Somerset.
- Utilise quality assurance activity to understand service strengths and areas for development.
- Promote a learning environment and positive culture for our workforce.
- Being adaptable and flexible to supporting the needs of other services areas as required.
What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?
