If you join us, you could be involved in a huge range of change initiatives. The diversity of our council’s work means there are lots of different services to work with. You could deal with anything from large scale service transformation to discrete continuous improvement activity. We pride ourselves on working with service areas to build their change capability and empowering them to identify and explore improvements.
We have a range of roles at different levels and a clear career pathway, roles include Project and Change Assistants, Project and Change Officers, Business and Benefit Analysts, Project and Change Managers and more.
