County Hall Our Taunton office

Grade II listed, County Hall is the main office and meeting place for the council – and a handy couple of minutes’ walk from the town centre. It’s an old-and-new mix of three buildings: A Block, B Block and C Block. B Block, for example, is a SMART office, arranged into teams but designed for hot desking. But whichever building you’re in, there are bookable meeting rooms and break out areas. Beyond County Hall’s doors, a short walk down the road, you’ll find restaurants, cafés, bars, banks and shopping. Vivary Park’s nice and close and is a great spot for lunch (weather permitting). Getting here’s straightforward too: the bus stop’s really close and the train station’s a 20-minute walk away.
