Chard Enterprise Centre is the newest of the centres, opening in December 2023.

The centre consists of:

• 2 light industrial units – 1,615 sqft and 2,165 sqft.
• Office suite including 10 fully furnished offices ranging from 112 sqft to 120 sqft.
• 2 meeting rooms for up to 10 people with interactive screen technology.
