Shepton Mallet office reception will be closed on Monday 19 October due to network issues. Somerset Independent Living Centre appointments will continue as normal. Please check with the organiser about any other pre-arranged appointments.

The office will reopen on Tuesday 20 October.

Customer Service staff are available for walk-in support from 10am to 4pm only.

The building is open from 9am to 5pm for customers who have appointments or wish to use the self-service facilities.

Please note that on the second Monday of each month, Customer Service staff are available from 11am. The building remains open from 9am for appointments and self-service use.
