The findings from Somerset’s Big Conversation 2025 have now been published. This work brought together the views and experiences of people and communities from across Somerset to help shape future health and care services.
Nearly 4,000 people took part through events, surveys and community‑led activity, sharing thousands of comments about what matters most to them. This feedback is already being used to inform planning and decision‑making across health and care services.
