The LARCH+ Team provides free education and practical support for care providers across Somerset, helping staff build confidence and keep their clinical knowledge up to date.
Training is available on a range of topics, including several areas where competency assessment is provided. Sessions are designed to support safe, consistent practice and can be arranged by contacting the team directly.
