If you are a parent carer or practitioner supporting a child or young person aged 0–25 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), Somerset would like to hear about your experiences of SEND services over the last 12 months.
The annual survey helps Somerset Council, NHS Somerset and Somerset Parent Carer Forum understand what is working well and where improvements are needed. Your feedback will help shape future SEND services and support.
The survey takes around 10 minutes to complete, and participants will have the opportunity to enter a prize draw.
