Healthwatch Somerset has published its Annual Report 2025–26, highlighting how local people’s experiences and feedback have helped shape health and social care services across the county.
During the year, 2,056 people shared their experiences of health and care services with Healthwatch Somerset, helping to raise awareness of issues and influence improvements. A further 3,026 people contacted the organisation for advice and information on topics ranging from NHS data use to support for relatives with complex health and care needs.
The report showcases how feedback from people across Somerset has helped improve access to support and information, while also championing the needs of carers and underrepresented communities.
