The webinar will be presented by Allison Ward, Co-Director Autism Community Network CIC and James Andrew Reid, Expert with Lived Experience on behalf of Somerset Council and funded by UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
Webinar Objectives:
- What is Neurodiversity – gain an understanding of what it means to be neurodiverse, and the associated strengths and challenges neurodiverse individuals experience.
- Understanding Legal Frameworks – including the Equality Act.
- Considering Reasonable Adjustments – designing and implementing reasonable adjustments in your workplace to reflect the values of your company and meet the needs of neurodiverse employee.
