The School Entry Planning Review (SEPR) is an important part of the transition process for children with SEND and their parents to ensure that outcomes discussed at the SEP meeting in the Summer Term have been met or what steps need to be taken to support the child/ren further.

Following the review, our service support will come to an end and any further support should be accessed through school-based Inclusion Services.
