Ofsted and the Care Quality Commission (CQC) are currently carrying out an Area SEND inspection in Somerset.
The inspection is an independent look at how local services support children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Inspectors will consider families’ experiences and how well services are meeting children’s and young people’s needs.
As part of the inspection, Ofsted wants to hear directly from children and young people with SEND, parent carers and practitioners. What you share will help inspectors build a picture of SEND support across Somerset.
Taking part is voluntary and responses are confidential. Your answers go directly to Ofsted, not Somerset Council.
