Somerset Council’s Engagement and Participation team have just published their Annual Report for 2022-23. This report details the work of the team over the past 12 months, highlighting our aim for every child in Somerset to have the opportunity to have their voice heard and acted upon about their lived experiences, aspirations and the services that affect them.

This year’s report is our biggest yet, with even more collaborations from young people across our existing Youth Voice Groups – SiCC and SLCC (The Somerset in Care Council and Somerset Leaving Care Council), The Unstoppables, Youth Parliament, and Youth Forum – as well as contributions from Young Carers and young people in the Youth Justice system.
