We are pleased to inform you that the latest updated pre-assessment pathway documents for Autism and ADHD are now available on our website. These documents have been carefully developed in collaboration with education, health, and care colleagues, as well as parent carers, children, and young people. They serve as valuable resources to support education settings, practitioners, and parent carers in gaining a better understanding of the pre-assessment pathway.

If you come across evidence that suggests a child or young person may have Autism and/or ADHD, we kindly request that you complete the ‘Next Steps – Autism and ADHD Pathway’ form. This form will initiate the process of requesting an assessment for Autism and/or ADHD.

To maintain consistency and up-to-date information, we kindly ask that you exclusively use the latest versions of these documents found on our Local Offer site. Any previous versions should be discarded and not utilised.
