Data Sharing: The personal data provided will be shared with Padam Mobility, who are the software providers for the booking website and app. Somerset Council will also use the data in case of instances such as marketing or emergency contacts.

Transfers abroad: This data will be held by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Dublin (EU).

Data Retention: Your data will be retained in accordance with our published retention schedule.

Your Rights: You have the right to ask Somerset Council for a copy of your data, the right to rectify or erase your personal data, and the right to object to processing. However, these rights are only applicable if the Council has no other legal obligation concerning that data.
