Bipolar UK is the national charity dedicated to supporting individuals affected by bipolar. We have a range of support options that are all free to access.
Link Mentoring Service: The Link Mentoring Service provides telephone mentoring sessions for individuals and their family members and carers who are affected by bipolar.
