Bipolar UK is the national charity dedicated to supporting individuals affected by bipolar. We have a range of support options that are all free to access.

Link Mentoring Service: The Link Mentoring Service provides telephone mentoring sessions for individuals and their family members and carers who are affected by bipolar. Talking to a Volunteer Mentor with experience of living with bipolar can provide support, advice and practical information in relation to bipolar. Phone 0333 323 4458 or visit our website.

Support Groups: Our peer Support Groups run throughout England, Wales and Northern Ireland and meet on a monthly basis. You can get details of the groups from our office or on our website. Phone 0333 323 3885 or visit our website.

eCommunity: The eCommunity online discussion forum is a vibrant, supportive source of support for all individuals affected by bipolar. The eCommunity is hosted and moderated by Bipolar UK, offering a safe and secure environment to talk in. Register free through our website at www.bipolaruk.org/ecommunity
