Description
Working at Musgrove Park Hospital to support patients with sight loss, as well as their families or carers. The Eye Clinic Liaison Officer (ECLO) provides emotional and practical support, as well as onward referrals for other services deemed appropriate. The ECLO can offer this support either face-to-face or via the telephone.
The ECLO works closely with Consultant Ophthalmologists to go through CVI forms (if the person meets the criteria for this), as well as working with the local sensory loss team and other local and national services.
