Escape Support Group aims to provide support to families in Somerset raising children who have disabilities or additional needs, through providing a wide range of fun activities, days out and occasional short break holidays. Our events boost morale, increase confidence, improve social skills as well as develop and strengthen friendships.

Escape operates on a membership basis, where members pay a small annual fee which enables them access to the activities and trips that we provide. We aim to subside all trips by 50%.

Escape’s monthly club – The Hub Club – it runs once a month on a Saturday from 1.30pm to 3.30pm, see the Escape Support group website or social media for dates.

Escape’s Young Carers or Siblings ‘Strike Out Club’ – runs monthly on a Wednesday evening from 5pm – 7pm, we usually go bowling in Taunton or Bridgwater.

Fortnightly swim sessions for the whole family, with exclusive use, are available at Taunton Pool.
