Description

Happy Mojos is based on the principle that nurturing social and emotional development through positive experiences and environments early in life are closely associated with better performance at school and
health outcomes. We offer classes and clubs to support specific SEMH needs and prevent ill mental health. Our sessions include play, reflective learning, discovery and mindfulness to build positive relationships with themselves, with others and with the spaces in which they live and learn all using our proven scientific-based approaches.

Our Programmes
Rise & Shine: Our in-school wellbeing support for individual children and groups, focusing on specific social, emotional, and mental health needs. Using our expert knowledge & experience & a unique blend of proven scientific-based approaches, we empower children to be who they want to be and feel motivated to learn.

Our programmes support children to create positive relationships, understanding emotional literacy and building resilience, that empowers them to develop positive thinking when life becomes challenging.
Equipping them with tools to support their educational and life learning journey.

We create child-centred, bite-sized sessions, where children feel they can be heard, challenged and can thrive. We help them to develop their social & emotional literacy and mental hygiene by helping them to
create a toolbox of self care strategies to support their daily lives targeting their individual areas of need. We specialise in working with SENDcO’s, SMHL and pastoral departments.

Stretch & Shine: A whole-school SEL & wellbeing programme for half classes, supporting body and mind through movement. These fun and engaging classes/sessions cover five key areas – move, play, breathe, empower and relax. These sessions aim to prevent social, emotional, and mental health needs specific to primary aged children. All sessions are linked to EYFS and the school curriculum. Our sessions take
children on a journey of self-awareness, emotional literacy and building resilient relationships, whilst nurturing self-esteem and wellbeing. This is the perfect programme to support schools in enhancing PPA,
enrichment and wellbeing themed planning.
