Purple Elephant run events and support services for children and families in Frome and the surrounding area.

Our focus is on supporting our local community and bringing people together.

Our main projects are:

• The Toy Library – a lending service with twice weekly stay and play sessions
• Family Holiday Fun – activities during each school holiday
• Frome Children’s Festival – a one day event offering lots of different activities and entertainment for all ages
• Befriending service– supporting children aged between 5 and 12 years old who are finding life challenging with weekly chat and games
• Small Steps – parenting support at weekly group sessions

Our projects are either free or very low cost to attend and are run by family support workers.
