Description
Ups and Downs Southwest is a charity supporting children and young people who have Down Syndrome, their families, and all those involved in their care, health and education.
The charity provide
- face to face family support including home visits
- assistance with completing benefit forms and Educational Health Care Plans (EHCPs)
- support in meetings including annual reviews
- family days
- children and young people activities
- youth clubs
- advice and support for professionals
- training events
- education resources
- a specialist education advice service
