Recycling centres

Recycling centres will be open during their usual winter hours, except on Thursday 25 December, Friday 26 December, and Thursday 1 January.

You can dispose of  a real Christmas tree by recycling it in the garden waste skips at any of our recycling centres.

If you have a lot of wrapping paper, you can take it to a recycling centre where there will be a drop-off point for recyclable wrapping paper. Do not put it in the skips for card. You should put paper which cannot be recycled in general rubbish.

Garden waste

Garden waste collections will be paused from Thursday 25 December to Wednesday 7 January. Garden Waste collections re-start on Thursday 8 January.

Clinical waste collections

Clinical waste collections will follow the same revised schedule as recycling and rubbish.
