Description
Mindful Christmas Crafts. Join us at Rainbow Roots for a magical mix of creativity and calm. Each morning, children will make festive crafts and learn simple mindfulness techniques to help them feel relaxed, focused, and joyful through the Christmas season.
For ages 5 to 11.
For all children and young people in Somerset with a disability or additional needs.
Grant funded by Somerset Council as part of the Community Inclusion and Activity Team Activities Calendar.
You do not have to be referred to any service to access these activities, unless otherwise stated.
