Sets out the strategy that partners will use to tackle community safety issues in Somerset

About

About

The Safer Somerset Partnership is a statutory group of organisations that work collaboratively. This is to prepare and deliver strategies for tackling crime, disorder, and anti-social behaviour and reducing re-offending in Somerset. The Partnership works to deliver community safety priorities as part of the broader strategy of integrated care, health and wellbeing.

It sets out the strategy that partners will use to tackle community safety issues in Somerset from June 2022 to March 2025.

The priorities selected for this plan seek to address crimes that impact our local communities most, including anti-social behaviour and hate crimes. It aims to support and protect victims of abuse and serious violent crime, including violence against women and girls, youth crime, and county lines.
