Somerset Council has commissioned a company called Acuity to carry out telephone surveys with tenants.

The survey helps us understand your satisfaction with us as a landlord. Acuity calls in May and November each year.
If you receive a call, the number will be 01823 585316.

Who are my housing team?

We want tenants to know who manages their tenancy, including sheltered housing and rent recovery.

Use the housing team contact form  and enter your address. This shows your case managers and how to contact them.

Our tenancy management team can help you with:

Renting council garages

If you would like to rent a council garage you will need to register on Homefinder Somerset. For more information please visit our council garage page.
