Tenant survey

Somerset Council have commissioned a company called Acuity to survey our tenants by telephone.

The survey will help us understand your satisfaction with us as a landlord. Acuity will make calls during 12 to 31 May, between 9.30am and 8pm Monday to Friday and between the hours of 10am and 4pm on Saturday.

If you receive a call from Acuity the number displayed will be 01823 585316.

This is not a hoax, if you do receive a call we would be grateful if you would complete the survey.

We want our tenants to know who their designated tenancy management or sheltered housing and rent recovery case managers are. Use our housing team contact form and enter your address to see who the case managers are for your property and to contact them, see below for more information on how our team can help.

Reporting anti-social behaviour

To report anti-social behaviour, please use the housing team contact form. You can use this form to report both low level anti-social behaviour and neighbourhood nuisance, as well as serious cases of anti-social behaviour. Please only use this form for housing queries if you are an existing tenant.

Rent recovery

Our rent recovery team can help with:

  • balance enquiries
  • debt and benefit enquiries
  • payment arrangements
  • rent statements
  • general enquires
  • reporting changes about your rent

Renting council garages
