The instructions on this page are intended for Foster Carers and Volunteers that have been granted a Somerset email account. The videos below will help you to set up your email account on whichever device that you use.

Please note that you will need to install the free Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone to set up your email account. Follow the instructions in the first video to set this up.
Set up the Microsoft Authenticator app, change your password and access your email
This video includes the steps to install and register the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone. The authenticator app is used to prove your identity when you log in to your email account. The video also explains how to change your password the first time you log in to your email account, and how to access the account via a web browser.
