Interactive Mapping services are designed to provide members of the public with access to map based data within the Somerset area. We provide Interactive Mapping for information purposes – all information is for indicative use only. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the data, which is supplied in good faith, we will not accept any liability in respect of any loss, damage or injury (financial, contractual or otherwise) sustained as a result, or allegedly as a result of reliance thereon.

- Third party rights to enforce the terms of this licence shall be reserved to Ordnance Survey

The Ordnance Survey mapping in Interactive Mapping services is provided by us in order to fulfil our public function to make information available. Users of this mapping should contact the Ordnance Survey for advice where you wish to licence Ordnance Survey map data for your own use.
