Somerset Parent Carer Forum (SPCF) is holding two Family Fun Days this summer, and all families of children and young people with SEND are welcome. These events are free to attend and offer a relaxed, friendly space to try activities, meet providers, and enjoy time together.

Each event includes a wide range of inclusive activities such as face painting, sports, LEGO, arts and crafts, sensory toys, animals, and an inflatable assault course. There will also be food stalls and quiet areas if you need a break.

Event details:

  • Saturday 27 June, 10am–2pm The Mendip School, Prestleigh, Edmund Rack Road, Shepton Mallet, BA4 4FZ
  • Saturday 11 July, 10am–2pm Polden Bower School, Bower Lane, Bridgwater, TA6 4GU

Both events are free entry, and families can drop in at any time during the day.

These fun days are a great chance to explore activities that are accessible for children with disabilities and additional needs, while connecting with local services and other families. Find out more about SPCF on our Parent Carer Voice Local Offer Pages.
