High Impact Academic Coaching provides personalised one-to-one alternative education and SEND support for children and young people aged 4 to 25 who need education outside, or alongside, mainstream provision.

We provide flexible, individualised tuition for children and young people with a wide range of needs, including SEND, SEMH needs, anxiety, school avoidance and EBSA, disrupted education, exclusion or risk of exclusion, and those who need additional support to re-engage with learning.

Our experienced associate tutors work one-to-one with each learner, adapting teaching to their individual needs, interests, abilities and starting points. Support can focus on core academic subjects, closing gaps in learning, building confidence and engagement, developing study skills and supporting progression towards agreed educational outcomes.

Tuition can be delivered face-to-face in suitable settings, including the learner’s home, school, library or other agreed community venue, or online where appropriate. Provision is planned around the individual learner and agreed with the referring professional, family and other relevant professionals.

High Impact Academic Coaching works with local authorities, schools and other education professionals to provide commissioned alternative education. Referrals and enquiries can be made directly to our team, who will discuss the learner’s needs, location, required hours and intended outcomes before identifying a suitable tutor.

Sessions are arranged according to the individual package of support commissioned and tutor availability. Costs and the frequency and duration of tuition are agreed as part of the individual referral and placement arrangements.
