Inclusive Pathways Education provides personalised mentoring, vocational learning, Forest School and equine care for children and young people with SEND, autism, ADHD, SEMH needs and those who benefit from alternative education.
Inclusive Pathways Education offers bespoke, therapeutic and vocational learning experiences for children and young people who thrive with an individualised approach to education. We support learners with SEND, including autism, ADHD, PDA, SEMH needs, anxiety, school avoidance, and those who find mainstream education challenging.
Our programmes focus on building confidence, resilience, independence, employability and emotional wellbeing through meaningful, hands-on learning in a calm, supportive environment.
We offer:
- 1:1 and small group mentoring tailored to each young person’s strengths, interests and personal goals.
- Vocational Learning Pathways in Multi-Trade Construction Skills, Music, Art & Illustration, and Photography & Videography, enabling young people to develop practical skills while exploring future education, employment and training opportunities.
- Work Experience Placements, linked to vocational pathways wherever appropriate, providing real-world opportunities to develop workplace skills, confidence and independence.
- Forest School sessions, using nature-based learning to promote wellbeing, communication, teamwork and practical life skills.
- Equine Care sessions, where young people develop responsibility, emotional regulation and confidence through caring for horses and learning stable management.
Functional academic learning is woven throughout every placement rather than being taught in isolation. English, maths, communication, digital skills and problem-solving are embedded into practical, real-life activities, allowing young people to develop essential skills in ways that are meaningful, engaging and directly connected to their interests. Whether measuring materials in construction, producing media content, planning projects, managing budgets or communicating with employers during work experience, learning has a clear purpose and helps build confidence for adulthood.
Every programme is personalised to meet individual EHCP outcomes, interests and aspirations, helping young people prepare for adulthood while developing the skills, knowledge and independence needed for life beyond education.

Access to our services is through parent/carer, school, local authority or professional referral. We begin with an initial consultation to understand each young person’s needs, interests and aspirations before designing a personalised programme of support. Sessions are delivered in small, nurturing environments where every young person is encouraged to learn at their own pace, discover their strengths and achieve positive outcomes.
Inclusive Pathways Education provides specialist and targeted support for children and young people with SEND, including autism, ADHD, PDA, SEMH needs, anxiety and those who are struggling to access mainstream education.
Support is tailored following an initial consultation or assessment and is available through parent/carer, school, local authority or professional referral. We also welcome enquiries from families seeking early intervention before needs escalate.
