Neurodiversity-affirming coaching for teenagers and young adults with ADHD, Autism (Level 1), and AuDHD, helping them understand their brain, develop practical strategies, and thrive.

Lark Coaching offers supportive, neurodiversity-affirming coaching for teenagers and young adults with ADHD, Autism (Level 1), and combined Autism and ADHD (AuDHD).

Sessions are designed to help young people better understand their neurodivergent brain, recognise their strengths and challenges, and learn how to work with their brain rather than against it. Together, we explore practical, personalised strategies that can make everyday life easier, including managing executive functioning, organisation, time, motivation, transitions, overwhelm and emotional regulation.

Coaching can also support young people with the academic demands of school, college or university. This might include understanding how they learn best, managing workload and expectations, breaking tasks down, developing sustainable routines, and finding ways to work more effectively without relying on strategies that are not suited to their neurodivergent needs. Coaching focuses on self-understanding, self-acceptance, confidence and developing strategies that enables teens and young adults to thrive as themselves.

Sessions are one hour and are available online or face-to-face in Somerset. Coaching is collaborative and tailored to the individual, with flexibility around their needs, strengths and goals.

A free 20-minute, no-obligation Discovery Call is available before starting, providing an opportunity for the young person or parent or carer to ask questions and see whether Lark Coaching feels like the right fit.

Fees: £85 per session, or a block of 6 sessions for £480 (£80 per session). Sessions are usually weekly initially, particularly when establishing new strategies, and can then move to a fortnightly or more flexible arrangement depending on the young person’s needs.

Parents and carers can be involved appropriately, while keeping the young person at the centre of the coaching relationship.
