Meadows and Minds is dedicated to supporting the mental wellbeing of children and young people, who are facing trauma, adversity, or emotional struggles. Through a client-centred approach, Meadows and minds offers tailored, trauma-informed sessions that focus on each individual’s unique needs. Meadows and Minds creates a safe, nurturing, and natural environment to promote wellbeing and give each child/young person the tools they need to navigate challenges and thrive.1:1 Sessions: Personalised sessions designed to meet the unique needs of each child or young person.

sessions include: animal care and grooming ( horses, sheep, chickens, dog, cat and guniea pigs), woodland activities and crafts ( Meadows and Minds has it’s own designated woodland area,) nature walks/dog walk/ walk and talk time, arts and crafts, trauma informed activities; sand tray work, emotion cards and big empathy drawing
