Description
Somerset Supporters provide individual support to children and young people if it is assessed that they require assistance to access social opportunities. Our Somerset Supporter Coordinators will meet with you and your child to complete an early support assessment and plan to better understand your child’s individual needs. Your child’s plan will be reviewed every 6 months.
The Coordinators also mentor and supervise our Somerset Supporters and will be able to match your child to the appropriate supporter.
