Job coaches

Job coaches help support you to do your job confidently and efficiently. They help in many ways, depending on what help you need.

They could give you support and help you through your first day at work. They could help you learn new tasks, with training or your work induction. You may need special support, and a job coach can help your colleagues understand what can help you settle in or adapt to change if you have been around a while.

Your job coach will stay with you for as long as you need them and they’ll fade away as your need for them lessens. They can return if necessary.
