Affordable Rented & Social Rented Housing

Homefinder Somerset is the way of finding rented housing across Somerset. Once registered you can select homes you would like to apply for. If you have a local connection within Somerset you can register and apply for rented housing.

Homefinder Somerset is a partnership of local authorities and housing associations who are working together to make the process of finding a home simple and transparent for all applicants across Somerset.

Shared Ownership Housing

To apply for shared ownership housing will need to register on Help to Buy South West. Once registered, you have can apply for shared ownership housing across the South West of England.

Discounted Market Home Ownership Housing

Newly built discounted market home ownership housing is sold by developers in the same way a regular home is sold after being built, however there are some criteria that you must meet to be eligible to purchase a discounted house.

To help you find discounted market home ownership housing,  you should register with Help to Buy South West. Once Registered, you will be able to search for discounted market home ownership housing across the South West of England.

Rent to Buy Housing

To apply for rent to buy housing you will need to register on Homefinder Somerset. Once registered you can select homes you would like to apply for. If you have a local connection within Somerset you can register and apply for rented housing.
