We also act upon feedback from our Digital Customer Volunteers who help shape, design and create online digital customer services that meet the needs of our customers. We are also developing Local Offer Reference Groups to enable quicker focussed feedback.
The Local Offer Annual Report provides information on how Somerset’s SEND Local Offer has evolved using feedback from its users, especially parent carers and children and young people.
