An applicant or agent can apply to have a condition attached to a planning permission (granted by the County Council) removed or changed by submitting an application to the County Planning Authority.
Conditions imposed by planning permissions can be varied or removed under Section 73 of the Town and County Planning Act 1990.
Applicants or agents may apply to the County Planning Authority to have a condition imposed by a planning permission that was granted by Somerset County Council varied or removed.
Your application must be submitted on the National Planning Application Forms (1APP). You can submit the forms by post or online via the Planning Portal. For more information please see Downloads.
